Privacy Policy for RiftBot

RiftBot respects the privacy of all users. This bot does not collect, store, or share personal information. All processing happens in-memory and is not written to disk.

1. Data the Bot Can See

To operate normally, RiftBot temporarily receives:

• Commands you send (e.g., /cards, /compare)
• Card names and search filters you provide
• Your Discord username and ID (Discord requirement)
• The server ID where the command is executed

2. Data the Bot Does NOT Store

• No message logs or chat history
• No private messages
• No profile information
• No identifiable analytics or long-term tracking

3. Temporary Technical Data

RiftBot may track simple counters such as:

• Number of commands used
• Bot uptime and health
• Server count

This data is not personal and resets automatically on bot restart.
